Welcome to Omakase Vintage! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing this website and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Product Information

Our website showcases unique vintage items. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the website are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in $US and are inclusive of applicable sales taxes or VAT. Shipping costs will be added to the total during the checkout process based on the weight and size of the items.
  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
  • Payment: We accept credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship only outside the EU. You can see the list of countries we ship to when you check out. If your country is not listed, please feel free to contact us.
  • Shipping Costs and Times: Shipping costs are provided during the checkout process. We estimate delivery within 2-4 weeks, but in rare cases it might take longer. We only use tracked delivery by DHL and DeutschePost.
  • Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may be applicable upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please email us by replying to your order confirmation email.
  • Exchange Policy: If you received a defective or damaged product, we will refund you upon proof of damage within 2 days of delivery. Contact us for assistance by replying to the order confirmation email.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
